Because to us, collaboration has always meant more than business.

Collaborating with Tomorrow's Builders

We regularly partner with Springfield Public Schools and area education programs including DECA, FBLA, and GOCAPS to give students an authentic look at today's business landscape and how the concepts they learn in the classroom come to life in the real world.

Through interactive discussions on marketing, entrepreneurship, brand strategy, and innovation, students gain practical insights into what it takes to build a successful business. One of our favorite exercises challenges teams to take an idea from concept to market—developing a product, brand name, logo, positioning, and future innovation strategy just as they would inside a real agency.

The ideas are always entertaining—from sweaters for gerbils to GPS-enabled golf balls—but the goal is simple: inspire students to think bigger, solve problems creatively, and leave believing their next great idea could become something real.

Since 1996 (thank you, Dennis & Karyn), coaching young athletes and participating in youth sports have been one of our greatest joys and learning experiences.

Through coaching baseball, basketball, soccer and individual development, our focus has always gone beyond the game, helping young athletes build confidence, problem solving, leadership, accountability, and an understanding that great teams accomplish more together than individuals ever can alone.

Because the lessons learned through sports will impact how kids approach challenges, enjoy successes and grow in throughout their lives.

We're proud to support Kickapoo Boys Basketball through creative services that celebrate the players, coaches, educators, businesses, and families who make the program special.

From social media and digital graphics to brochures, sponsor materials, banners, advertisements, and even the occasional car magnet, our goal is simple: create moments that recognize and celebrate student-athletes for the game they love and the effort they give.

Most importantly, we're just fans. You'll find us cheering just as loudly after a hard-fought loss as we do after a big win, because great programs are built on character, perseverance, and community—not just the scoreboard.
